When I first accepted the role of Interim COO at Zielo Studio, I thought I would simply apply my operational expertise during my "free" time to support my long-time friend, Laura Kytannen, with her startup. Little did I know the profound impact her programs would have on me. My journey truly began when I enrolled in her Courageous Leadership Coaching program. In just a few sessions, it became evident that my work transcended mere operational setup; it was about igniting a transformative spark within individuals.
