Operational Strategy, People Culture, and Transformative Consulting
Driven by a lifelong curiosity for new perspectives and a commitment to community, I bridge the gap between operational strategy and human connection. As a lifelong explorer, learner, and creator, I have learned that sustainable growth requires both rigorous operational discipline and the space for creative inspiration. By balancing high-impact leadership with intentional stillness, I bring a grounded, creative energy to every partnership; ensuring that the organization outcomes I deliver are as resilient as they are inspired.

About Me
I help businesses and leaders navigate growth, transformation, and operational efficiency. As a Consultant, Fractional Leader, or Strategic in-house Partner, I join organizations to design and implement strategies that create meaningful impact.

My 20+ years of experience spans leadership and organization development, process transformation, and large-scale program management. I take a hands-on approach to identifying challenges and applying tailored solutions, from coaching executive teams to architecting global IT infrastructures. I am driven by long-term organizational health, whether I’m guiding a client through a discrete transformation or building a department from the ground up as a dedicated member of the team.

Currently, I serve as a Technical Program Manager (Consultant) for Toshiba, where I am leading a large-scale global IT implementation within their Professional Services arm. My career has often been defined by identifying the "unseen" gaps; while at SkillNet Solutions Inc., I was originally brought on as a Senior Project Manager, but quickly identified systemic inefficiencies that required a broader vision. I pitched and established the company’s first Project Management Office (PMO), leading it as Director before eventually transitioning to VP of People & Culture to drive global engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Beyond consulting, I’m passionate about supporting future leaders through education, mentorship, and advocacy. I serve on the Board of Stepstone Academy, a tuition-free nonprofit advancing youth literacy, and as a College Now mentor, I'm guiding students in their academic and career journeys. I’ve also proudly contributed to non-profits of personal interest in various capacities over the years.

Outside of my work, you’ll find me exploring nature, crafting in my workshop, tending to my garden.. After living in four countries and six U.S. states, I am proud to call Cleveland, Ohio my home, where I live with my incredible family.
